Incidentally, the Members of  Lions Club Akaltara came in touch with the Officer of DAV Organisation. After a long discussion, we decided to work together to give quality education to the people of the area and started a school in 2004 with DAV.  Lions DAV Public School, Akaltara was opened by DAV College  Managing Committee, New Delhi which is running more than 750 schools in all over India and abroad also. I would like to thank to the officers of DAV Organisation for the interest you have shown in our school and want to congratulate you all on this very high aim that you have set. Lions DAV Public School, Akaltara will do its best to come up with the expectations of parents, people of Akaltara and dignitaries of the DAV Organisation. Not last but least I would also like to thank to the members of the Lions Club, Akaltara who gave their co-operation to the school from time to time.
